ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Bold... edgy... hip... proper, all words used to describe Alison Osborne Jewelry Designs as
well as the president and designer, Alison Osborne.
While Alison grew up, and still lives in, rural America, she has had many influences in
her life which have shaped who she is today and the direction in which she continues
to grow. Alison has a degree in Fashion Design, was Miss Rodeo Nebraska 1998,
has worked for a United States Congressman, and was a Countess in the Ak-sar-ben
Ball-an honor bestowed upon her and her family for active volunteerism and
philanthropic activity.
Her persona and image can be a bit edgy and ‘rock star’ yet her roots are deeply
planted in rural America. Alison lives in the country with her husband, horses,
longhorn cattle and two dogs but often finds herself traveling from coast to coast.
Many people don’t identify with the lifestyle, but Alison sees it as a perfect
balance between urban and country, stimulation and solstice, excitement and calm,
and believes it makes her a more balanced and understanding person due to the
many ‘worlds’ in which she resides. Alison is just as comfortable at a fine
restaurant in an urban setting as she is behind the rodeo chutes in rural America.
Alison is happy to break all preconceived notions that rural America is not hip
with her unique, bold, and edgy jewelry designs. She uses sterling silver, gold,
and unique gemstones to create distinctive pieces. Much like her personality,
her customers include everyone from hip youngsters to grandmothers and fashion
icons to rodeo queens.
